Refund Policy

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with UK consumer law, customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

Conditions for returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn and unwashed

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

Promotional offers and bundles

For promotional offers such as BUY 1 GET 2 FREE, bundle deals, or similar discounted sets:

  • All items included in the promotion must be returned together

  • Partial returns of promotional items are not accepted

  • If not all items are returned, the refund will be refused or adjusted accordingly

This policy applies regardless of whether the additional items were advertised as free or discounted.

Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Promotional or sale items, unless faulty or incorrectly delivered

  • Items showing signs of wear, use or damage caused by the customer

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • You will receive return instructions

  • Once the return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was made by Lacmont

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
